Students may not carry medications to school except with special permission.  
A doctor’s order and parental signature are required for all medications that are needed at school.   The order must include the name of the medication, route, and time to be given and any changes need to be ordered by the doctor.  All orders expire at the end of the current school year and a new order is required 
for the next school year.
